Snack Day 16: Seasoned Ground Beef

I’m very serious about losing weight and have aggressively fought temptation to eat many snacks, but I was so freaking hungry today that I just had to have something extra to eat.

Luckily, earlier in the week I had pre-cooked and seasoned some ground beef so there was something healthy to select instead of devouring the kids’ cookies that were calling me from the pantry.
