Dinner Day 20: Taco Salad with Veggies

Yet another way to remake the same old ingredients.  Mixed some leftover veggies with seasoned hamburger and tossed it with a bit of colby/cheddar cheese for a tortilla-less taco salad.

So far, I’ve significantly limited, but have not yet eliminated dairy products as Tim Ferriss recommends.  I still have a jug of coffee most days which includes about 36 ounces of half-caff coffee and 4 ounces of milk.  And you’ll notice that I toss in an ounce or two of cheese here or there.  I’m so fat that a little milk or cheese, doesn’t make a huge difference in whether I lose weight or not.  Keeping the diary now while is doesn’t have much impact reserves something to eliminate later when I will likely need more stringent plan to lose more weight.  (Plus it helps me feel a little more sated so I don’t get crazy and drive to Dunkin’ Doughnuts.)
