20.4 Pounds Lost! Slow Carb Diet Results (Month 1)

Hooray!  I’m officially one of the winners in the 4-Hour Body DietBet Challenge Part 2!  Not sure if I lost enough to win the prize of lunch with Tim Ferriss, but after working hard, resisting enormous temptation and sticking with the slow carb diet for a month, I’m thrilled to have lost 20.2 pounds.

Here’s proof to the naysayers who scoff at Tim’s suggestion that you can Lose 20 lbs of Fat in 30 Days. If a woman with a horribly slow metabolism and a busted knee can stick with it and lose 20 pounds in a month, anyone can!

SkinnyMetrics for the month:

251.8 pounds -> Starting weight January 21, 2013

231.4 pounds -> Ending weight February 20, 2013

20.4 pounds -> Loss this month :-)
