11.9 Pounds Lost! Slow Carb Diet Results (Month 3)

Hooray – three months of weight loss in a row with Tim Ferriss’ Slow Carb Diet!

This month was REALLY tough.  I did the final weigh in for the February/March DietBet while visiting my mother and grandmother.  After a week of eating total crap (not ONE healthy meal) at their favorite restaurants every day, I gained 12 pounds and actually started this month’s DietBet only two pounds lighter than last month’s challenge.  At least my final weigh-in for this month’s challenge was still a 3 pound net loss from last month’s final weigh-in.  Whew!

Even though the weight didn’t change as much as I would have liked, I’m noticing that my muscles and joints have become much less stiff and my jeans are fitting better!

222.2 pounds -> Ending weight April 28, 2013
