9.2 Pounds Lost! Slow Carb Diet Results (Month 4)

Hooray – a fourth month of weight loss in a row with Tim Ferriss’ Slow Carb Diet!

Alas, as with last month, I gained a few pounds between DietBet sessions.  This time the difference between the ending weight of the previous challenge and the beginning of the next was only 4 pounds – not too bad!

My friends are starting to notice that I’ve lost weight.  I don’t really feel much thinner, but my clothes are definitely looser.

226.2 pounds -> Starting weight April 30, 2013

217 pounds -> Ending weight May 27, 2013

9.2 pounds -> Loss this month :-)
