9.2 Pounds Lost! Slow Carb Diet Results (Month 5)

Hooray – a fifth month of weight loss in a row with Tim Ferriss’ Slow Carb Diet!

Another slow month but thank goodness it was a net loss!  At least I only gained one pound between the end of last month’s DietBet and this month’s one!  I’d like to double my weightless rate to reach the losing speed I achieved in month one, but am not quite sure how to ramp things back up.  Perhaps adding back in the morning juice and adding the treadmill workouts back into the routine?

My clothes are uncomfortably loose now, but the next size down is not quite comfortable either.  Looks like it will soon be time to get out the sewing machine to take in some waistlines.  Grrrr!

218 pounds -> Starting weight June 6, 2013

208.6 pounds -> Ending weight July 1, 2013

9.4 pounds -> Loss this month :-)
