Dinner Day 27: Prime Rib Wannabe and Mixed Vegetables

Dinner at the old folks’ home tonight while taking the kids to visit the in-laws.  Overall not bad, but had I noticed the server slopping on the classic institutional gelatinous salt-laden sauce I would have requested plain meat. (Note the time: arriving at 4:45, we were the LAST diners in the cafeteria.  Just saying.)
